Cecelia, or more commonly known as Cece, is a half-breed. She may be small, but she can hold her own. She works out ever day, which includes going into the ring every once in awhile. She has two older brothers, so that would also help with the whole holding her own business. She has a large personality that changes a lot. Normally, she tries to stay away from people, but that's only because the "half-breeds" are considered lower class in the underworld. She doesn't feel like dealing with that. She plans ahead for everything and anything. She hates being unprepared. Cecelia is very witty and sarcastic. Any who. Cecelia Hughes is one tough individual to be friends with, but she can be your best friend if you try.
